Harvest: Manual in boxes of 10Kg.
Elaboration: MPre-fermentation maceration in a refrigerated chamber at 5ºC for 24 hours.
Aging: 3 months in French oak barrels. 
Alcohol Level: 14 % vol.
Periodo óptimo de consumo: A partir del tercer año hasta el octavo. 
Serving temperature: 14- 16 º C .



Appearance: Cherry color with garnet rim.
Nose: Forest fruits, black berries and licorice mixed with a creamy touch, sweet spices and cream.
Mouth: Wide, with friendly tannin, good structure, a certain balsamic character with a full palate, full of nuances with a background of red fruits representing the variety and origin very well.
Pairing: Mixes well with main dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, rice, sausages and cheeses.
